Door Ding Repair:

• Door Ding Protection:
  • Repairable areas are defined as and limited to exterior metallic panels that can be repaired by Paintless Dent Repair methods after inspection and approval by an authorized Ding M.D. technician.
  • Repairable areas are considered to be accidental.
  • Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is a process that was developed by the automotive manufacturing community. It uses specialized hand tools to gently push the metal back to its original form without harming the vehicle’s factory finish.

Windshield Repair:

• Repairs Small Stars and Dings.
  • Windshield Repair is defined and limited to small dings and stars, not to exceed two (2) inches in length, which are caused by small road debris and can be repaired after inspection and approval by an authorized Ding M.D. technician, using standard industry methods of repair.
  • Repairable areas are considered to be accidental.

Fabric Tears/Scratches: 

Repairs Small Scratches, scuff, tears, burns, punctures.

• Repairable areas are defined as and limited to: leather and cloth seats, door panels, arm rests, front & back of seats not to exceed two (2) inches in diameter or five (5) inches in length and can be repaired after inspection and approval by an authorized Ding M.D. technician, using standard industry methods of repair without the removal of any OEM safety devices.
• Repairable areas are considered to be accidental

Exterior paint Scratches:

• Repairs Surface Scratches / Scuffs.
  • Paint touch-up repairs are defined as and limited to, paint scuffs, scratches, and minor scrapes, not to exceed six (6) inches in length and are to be considered non-body shop repairable and can be repaired after inspection and approval by an authorized Ding M.D. technician, using specialized reconditioning airbrush or airless spray tools.
  • Repairable areas are considered to be accidental.
  • Ding M.D. or the assigned technician cannot guarantee a 100% Factory color match or Factory paint blend.
