F&I MenuMaster

As one of the first programs to provide the ability to pull information from the DMS (ADP and R&R) with our exclusive DataLynk retrieval process, F&I MenuMaster remains the most versatile, user friendly and affordable electronic menu programs available to today’s automobile dealers.

Data export with DataLynk
With an icon placed on your DMS toolbar, a click of your mouse accumulates data used to populate all appropriate fields in F&I MenuMaster. One more click in the Update from Server field within MenuMaster, and your pre-configured menu is ready to print….or you can select a different configuration with the convenient MenuOnDemand Feature then print.

Data import with DataLynk Plus
Once product selection and terms have been finalized from the menu, with our optional DataLynk Plus feature, products, prices, terms and rate can be easily exported from F&I MenuMaster and imported to your DMS system.

Flexible Disclosure
With full and complete disclosure becoming more and more a necessity, the question still remains: what constitutes full and complete disclosure? As the answers become more clear, and states begin to legislate the meaning of full disclosure, F&I MenuMaster can satisfy almost any level of disclosure desired or required.

Easy Menu Configuration
With our MenuOnDemand feature, you can configure an infinite number of menu configurations, then select them at any time from a convenient drop down menu. This allows you to select a menu configuration preset to accommodate service contracts, aftermarket products, etc. for specific vehicles and/or customers, based on qualifications. Products, prices, terms and rates are also easily added, deleted or changed on the fly.

Comprehensive Waivers
With three different waiver options available, the verbiage of each fully customizable by the user, a permanent record can be maintained documenting your customer’s declination of each product not selected.

Waiver option 1 itemizes on the printed menu those options waived in each option group.
Waiver option 2 itemizes on a separate form those items declined.
Waiver option 3 itemizes on a separate form those items declined as well as those selected.

Income & Penetration data storage
Once product selection and terms have been finalized, data can be stored and used for our optional web reporting module. This option will provide comprehensive reporting functions including Finance Log, Individual reports (including F&I Manager, Sales Manager, Sales people, make, model, year, etc), lender analysis, product analysis, heat sheet and more. With the ability to access these reports via the web from virtually anywhere, Dealers, Management and Agents can easily keep track of what’s going on in the dealership at any time.
